HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO INITIATE A RETURN?
You have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to make returns. Ensure that your return packages are sent back and postmarked within this 30 days period from receiving your item(s).
Kindly be aware that the initiation of returns and the postmarking of return packages should occur within 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s). Returns initiated after this 30-day period will not be accepted, and it is conceivable that refunds may not be processed for returns dispatched or dropped off after the 30-days period.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
STEP 1: Please email our customer service representatives at [email protected] to get a return authorization and return address, stating your order number and reason for return. After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
STEP 2: Utilize our AyeChic Returns feature to identify items and generate a mailing label, allowing you to print a return label effortlessly. Then securely pack your return, Must be placed in original packaging, and enclose your packing slip generated through the interactive returns process. Attach the shipping label securely to the package, ensuring that no additional tracking labels are visible. Place the packing slip inside the box.(We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.After receiving the package, please keep the original packaging first so that you can return it for a refund. If the packaging is lost, we cannot refund you. Please understand.)
STEP 3: Once your package is prepared, simply take it to the nearest post office for drop-off. Next, please wait patiently for your refund.
What comes next?
Your refund will be initiated within 6 business days upon receipt of your return, and the funds will be credited to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the return process is completed.
IS THERE A FEE FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Returns are not free, you will need to pay for postage. We provide one return shipping label for each order. Please use the shipping label provided by customer service for your return, Please do not return to the address on the package you received . Please ensure that the package is postmarked and shipped within 30 days of the date you received the merchandise.
Important Note:
If you've already returned some item(s) from an order but wish to make further returns for items in the same order, you can utilize the Return Label we supplied, and the shipping fee will be subtracted from your refund.
WHICH ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED?
Items eligible for return must remain in their original condition, free from washing and wear. If items do not meet these criteria, they will not be accepted for return.
Kindly be aware that specific items are ineligible for return, such as bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, and accessories (excluding scarves, bags, and hats).
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel the order, please contact us ([email protected]) and provide your order number and state the reason. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for a return after receiving the package.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be initiated within 6 business days upon receiving your return. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method. An email confirmation will be sent to notify you once the return process is finalized.
Important Note:
The initial shipping charge, if applicable, cannot be refunded.
